They will also discuss the impact their families have had on their decisions to start their own businesses and operate them.\n\nThis event is free and open to the public.\n	\nJennifer Griner\, the national ''Mompreneur of the Month'' will join the event via Skype technology. The California native began Sweet Success\, a virtual assistance company\, in 2009.
