Winter Art Camp is for adult visual and performing artists. It will be held at Flavia's Place Bed & Breakfast, 515 East 3rd Avenue, in Mitchell. This will be a weekend for artists to share their work and talent and participate in workshops to increase their knowledge or learn a new medium.
